• No changes are allowed for flights, dates, times, or destinations. If you miss your flight (No show) without notifying us, your ticket will be canceled, and additional fees and taxes will apply. For any subsequent flight segments after an unused segment, please contact our Call Center within 24 hours after the first flight to use the remaining segments.

• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other fare families.
• Seat selection is available for an additional charge.

• Your ticket includes 1 piece of carry-on baggage and 1 personal item with a combined weight limit of 10 kg for both items.

• The benefits of the Aeromexico Rewards level do not apply to purchases made in the basic fare "Class V", except for the additional suitcase granted by partner level (Elite and Elite Plus).
• Name changes are not allowed, and corrections may only be made if there is a misspelling in the passenger's name. To make a change, an official ID will be required.**

• If you accept additional flexibility, you will be changing to a Classic Flex Fare, enjoying unlimited changes (flight, date, time, destination). No-show charges do not apply, and you may be refunded with electronic vouchers (EMD). This benefit applies only when booking. Changes are subject to availability, and a fare difference may apply.

FLEXIBLE FARE CONDITIONS

1. Unlimited changes (flight, date, time, destination) are allowed with no extra charge for no-show. Reimbursements are dependent on the date of purchase:
2. Tickets purchased from December 13, 2021, are not refundable for a no-show but can be rescheduled. Changes are subject to availability, and rate differences may apply.
3. Tickets purchased before December 21, 2021, are refundable as an electronic voucher (EMD).
4. For tickets purchased from December 2021, you have two options for refunds:
   • 1) Electronic voucher (EMD)
   • 2) Original method of payment: Refunds through the original method of payment will be honored by Aeromexico immediately; response times will depend on your bank.

   You can request a refund from the place of purchase. If you made a web purchase, please call the Call Center to request your refund.

No Show Policy and Charges

• Dependent on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
• For domestic flights, the prices include taxes.
• For changes made to domestic routes, if the flight was booked after March 28, 2023, a fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if the change is made 0 to 7 days before the flight, and a $700 MXN fee will apply if the change is made 8 days or more before the flight. If the flight was booked before March 28, 2023, the fee is $700 MXN.
• For international flights, prices do not include taxes as they vary depending on the country of purchase.
• No-show policy: If you miss a flight without informing Aeromexico beforehand, your booking for all remaining flights in your itinerary may be canceled, except for flights involving segments in Brazil.*
• No show charges only apply to flights involving segments on Brazilian routes.
