• Domestic flights, you can change the name on the ticket by paying an additional charge within 3 hours before the flight departure. Please be aware that this service is also not available for tickets purchased in Brazil or for tickets originally paid for with a Travel Voucher /EMD Compensation.
• Name changes: Corrections will be made free of charge only if a passenger's name is misspelled. An official ID will be required for the change to be processed.
• AM Plus fare is subject to availability.
• *Changes must be made within 3 hours of the flight's departure. If you fail to notify us of any changes during this period of time, no other changes will be allowed unless you purchase flex fares. If you miss your flight (no show) without notifying, your ticket will be canceled with additional fees and included taxes. For any subsequent flight segments after an unused segment, you must contact our Call Center within 24 hours after the first flight to use the remaining segments.

• ****Starting on January 1, 2022, you will accumulate 8 Aeromexico Rewards Points for every dollar spent or its equivalent in Mexican currency. Accumulable Base Aeromexico Rewards Points are based on the dollar amount (Total Ticket Price – taxes and fees) for 8 points. For flights operated by other airlines, Accumulable Base Aeromexico Rewards Points are based on the actual distance between the pair of cities adjusted by the accumulation percentage according to the paid rate. The minimum accumulation for distances under 1000 km is 1000 Aeromexico Rewards Points; for greater distances, the actual distance is used.
• If you accept additional flexibility, you will be changing to a Classic Flex Fare, enjoying unlimited changes (flight, date, time, destination). FLEXIBLE FARE CONDITIONS

1. Unlimited changes (flight, date, time, destination) are allowed with no extra charge for no-show. Reimbursements are dependent on the date of purchase:
2. Tickets purchased from December 13, 2021, are not refundable for a no-show but can be rescheduled. Changes are subject to availability, and rate differences may apply.
3. Tickets purchased before December 21, 2021, are refundable as an electronic voucher (EMD).
4. For tickets purchased from December 2021, you have two options for refunds:
   • 1) Electronic voucher (EMD).
   • 2) Original method of payment: Refunds through the original method of payment will be honored by Aeromexico immediately; response times will depend on your bank.

   You can request a refund from the place of purchase. If you made a web purchase, please call the Call Center to request your refund.

No Show, change name and change charges:

• Depend on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
• For Domestic Flights, prices include taxes.
• Fees for changes made to domestic routes: For flights booked after March 28, 2023, the fee is $1,000 MXN if you make the change from 0 to 7 days before your flight. A change made 8 or more days before the flight incurs a $700 MXN charge. For flights booked before March 28, 2023, the fee is $700 MXN.*
• For International Flights, prices do not include taxes since they vary depending on the country where the purchase was made.
• No show: if you fail to show up for some flight in your itinerary without advising Aeromexico prior to your flight’s departure, Aeromexico may cancel your booking for all remaining flights in your itinerary. Except for flights involving segments in Brazil routes.*
• No show charges apply only to flights involving segments on Brazilian routes.
